My Game Long Name-(Help)

I have a problem with this when I uninstalled the game, its left the problem that called My Game Long Name in Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Solarix\Binaries\UnSetup.exe

I tried to look for em in my Local Drive, but its not in Steam nor search box, so I did google em there is another opinion is download the game then delete the file. Downloading them is take forever. Can't find other way so I asked for help here.

Problem is I had uninstalled 3 games with long gb that they all are "My Game Long Name" and I only have 200 mb on my drive. I did cleaned the cookies, history and some games, but still same result.
