steam support ticket page captcha doesn't show up

ive tried starting a support ticket multiple times to reset my email and i am never provided with a captcha and then errors saying i failed to complete the captcha. ive disabled all extensions and am on google chrome and it still does not work. could someone help me fix this?

Try another web browser or open an incognito tab on Chrome and see if there's any difference.

check your browser is update. try change to other browsers: Edge, Opera , Opera GX, Brave, safari, firefox if it works

Can't use another browser or incognito because if asks for verification since I'm logging in from a new browser and that is sent to the email i dont have access too
