Lowest Curency
I know in Argentina prices are very low . Is there another country witch have a low curency ? Like AR . I really want to know

Just check Steam DB, they list the prices for all games in all currencies.
There is also no "lowest" currency, some games are cheaper in one country then in another, then others are more expensive there but again cheaper in another.
Its a set by the publishers what prices they demand.

Example of page: https://steamdb.info/app/620 (replace "620" with code of game you want to see).

Please note that you may not change store region for purpose of gaining cheaper price. Doing so may lead to permanent ban on your account.

If you want to use a VPN to spend less money on games/dlcs I have to inform you that that's against the terms of agreement
