HELP !!!l LOW FPS in my new gaming laptop ACER NITRO 7 in Counter Strike Global Offensive

i recently purchased a new laptop and i started playing CS-GO. I get good FPS in High settings of around 100-140 fps but if i lower all my settings to very low i just get barely 80-100 fps or sometimes same FPS as high settings. I tried Removing fps cap by fps_max 0 and used all launch options and nvidia control panel settings and even turned V-Sync off. But also i dont get more FPS in lower Settings Even If i plug in and Play. Anyone please do HELP!!!!

ACER NITRO 7-AN715-51
INTEL CORE i5-9300H
8GB RAM
GTX 1650 4GB
1TB HDD+256GB SSD
REFRESH RATE-60HZ

Write this in the game's discussion so you can find better tips to get more fps, also if you are using a 60hz monitor having more fps doesn't make difference

The game runs fine with 80 to 140.
If you get more fps, choose that setting.
