Valve/Steam will NEVER contact you through discord, or chat, or such nonsense. They will also never extort you, which is what's being attempted.
How did you transfer the money? Do a chargeback if possible (not if you did anything on Steam).
If stuff has changed on your profile, chances are you are compromised. Do these steps in order and don't skip one.
- Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
- Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
- Change your password on a secure device.
- Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
- Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Read up on phishing and never actually use your login credentials on 3rd party sites.
If you can't log in, then you'll need to recover the account via support.
