Can you login to the account? If yes, then do Crazy Tigers steps.

If you cannot login then the scammer has changed your password och probably email etc. and you need to recover the account.
This guide is going to help:

Its a scam. Do not react, delete him from your friendlist/tell your brother and tell him to remove him from your friendlist

Obviously, it is a scam, as there's no such thing as "accidental reports".

Your account may have been stolen as well.

is there an option to get my money back and retrieve my account?

You can contact steam support. With what method did you send him money?

please i have countless of money on that account

Remove the profile, naming & shaming isn't allowed. You are being scammed. Blockand report the accounts involved.

Valve/Steam will NEVER contact you through discord, or chat, or such nonsense. They will also never extort you, which is what's being attempted.

How did you transfer the money? Do a chargeback if possible (not if you did anything on Steam).

If stuff has changed on your profile, chances are you are compromised. Do these steps in order and don't skip one.
- Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
- Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
- Change your password on a secure device.
- Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
- Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Read up on phishing and never actually use your login credentials on 3rd party sites.

How did you give money to the scammer? If you can reverse that then you can get your money back.

Contact your credit card company and do as crazy tiger said

Then contact your bank/credit card company and tell them to cancel the payment.

If you can't log in, then you'll need to recover the account via support.
