I can't reinstall DOTA2
I had some bugs with DOTA2, so I am trying to reinstall it. I unistalled DOTA2 with the uninstall button in the DOTA2 page in my libray. But when I try to install again, the DOTA2 page in the store says "Dota 2 is already in your Steam library", with a "play" button below it, when I click play a mesage says that there is an error and Steam need to restart, when it restart the DOTA2 page in store keep saying that DOTA2 is in my library, but it isn't. I reistalled Steam, I deleted the directories .steam and .local/share/Steam that are inside my home folder (I am on Linux), that forced a Steam to update, but the problem persists, it keep saying DOTA2 is in my library and don't let me reinstall it. How can I fix that?

Clear DL Cache inside steam client.
then Rep steam lib at right click the driver you have under download steam library folder there right click your lib's

most call this reset local cache, so you get new master cache from server.

if game is installed validate game intergrity files after, lib so it compare with new master index, but this you can then its uninstalled.

ps.
do check steam library install folder and see if left over folder is present you might want to delete it and restart steam.

I don't know what "Rep" means (english is not my primary language), but I cleared the download cache and I removed the folder in "Steam library folders" in the "Download" tab in the settings window, the only folder there is the default folder, that is the same folder I said I had removed before.

After that Steam updated again when I restarted it, but the problem persists, Dota 2 page in store says it is in my library, but it isn't. It seems like some thing in my account in the Steam server, not in my computer, keep the information that I have Dota 2 in my library, I removed all Steam folders, I reinstalled Steam, there is no Dota 2 folder in my computer, I don't know from where Steam is getting the information that I have Dota 2 installed.

There is a item "Dota 2" in the Steam tray menu, I had clicked in that before and I received an error message saying that Steam need to be restarted. But I tried to click in that again and now it opened an window to install Dota 2. So the problem is resolved.

I don't know why it worked now and didn't work before, and why I couldn't install through the Dota 2 page in Steam store.
