Can I redeem a steam key from another country?
I found a website where are selling a chep key for Argentina, but Im in Peru, both in LatinAmerica. Can I redeem here or it will be blocked?
PD: when I'm buying a gift, it says I'm able to give it to someone in argentina.

buying "cheap" can sometimes get expensive. if the site you are buying from isnt listed here

I would avoid buying from them. the site I linked only lists authorized resellers. if the site is not authorized, then you run the risk of getting a different region key, fake key, used key, demo key, press pass key, etc.

keys should only be redeemed in the region they are ment for. using a VPN to bypass region restrictions puts the account at risk of being terminated for violating the SSA

if it says Argentina, then that means Argentina, not Peru
