Black Ops 2 Unhandled Exception Caught and other errors

First Error: I have this issue where I start up BO2 multiplayer and it freezes on the first loading screen (with the Treyarch symbol) It freezes and comes up with the error in another window. I have looked up how to fix it (going into the files and repairing Direct X and Microsoft Visuals). However, at random times, my game will actually start up and I can play it normally. I have also been running it as adminstrator, and it doesn't change a thing.

Second Error: When I am able to play online (or zombies) my mouse 'glides' when I move it. It's as if my mouse changes between sensitivities while I play. If it helps, my mouse is a Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum

Third (and final) Error: Sometimes when I start up zombies, the loading screen freezes, but I still get the main menu music.
