How do I gift a game I already bought?
I understand you can gift games by putting them in the shopping cart and gifting, however, since I already own the game, I cannot put the game in my cart. Any suggestions? Thanks!

you can't.

unless you mean on store page? then you just press buy on the store page again, and gift to a friend during checkout.

You can't gift a game that's in you library.

Highly dependent on the game and if it is a bundle.
