Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86 Minimum Runtime 14.0.24215 error

Hey guys,
The issue i'm having is that most games try to install this (see title) and I get this box:

"The Feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc
_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the box below"

This has appeared several times with several different games... I can still play them, but the box will appear everytime I try again.

What is the issue here? If it has already been solved on the forums, can someone redirect me to it?

same issue, today is 12/20, I was going to play PUBG but this just happened to me, and I am now looking for visual c++ 14.0.24215 on the internet but just can't find any .msi that i need. i am so frustrated!
