Wierd Yellow Number in top Right Corner?
I started steam in the beginning of the year, and I just started noticing this wierd number in the top right... It keeps changing rapidly

Steam > Settings > In-Game and turn off FPS counter.

Steam:
Settings->In-Game->In-game FPS counter

If not Steam, check for FRAPs another montoring program that may be displaying an FPS counter on-screen (MSI Afterburner comes to mind).
