NEED HELP :- STEAM GUARD MOBILE AUTHENTICATOR
Guys i had installed and set up my Steam guard mobile authenticator 6 days ago . now today bymistakely I had deleted the app. so I reinstalled it again and after login , I needed to get authentication code through sms , which I did and install the app again and I got 2 mails saying that steam guard mobile authenticator recovery started and another one saying steam guard mobile authenticator device changed. so my query is NOW WILL I GET ANOTHER TRADE COOL DOWN FOR 7 DAYS OR IT WILL GO NORMAL AND AFTER 1 DAY ( which will make total 7 days) I'LL ABLE TO TRADE ?

If you remove the authenticator, you have to wait 15 days.

so this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ makes me wait 15 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ days because i disabled and enabled my steam guard

Disabling it was the part that triggered the 15 day restriction. Don't do that next time.

I haven't removed the authenticator, I had just reinstalled steam app on my mobile. does it change anything ?

Suddenly I'm logged out of the Steam Mobile App and not seeing authenticator codes, what do I do?

Make sure the app is up to date on your phone and restart the app. This is a rare issue, that is commonly solved by restarting the app. Do not delete and reinstall the app. If you delete the mobile app from your phone, you'll need to reset your authenticator using https://help.steampowered.com.

Mobile Authenticator Added

A Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator provides additional security for your account. Adding an authenticator does not immediately remove existing restrictions. Trades created within the first 7 days of adding the authenticator will still have up to a 15 day trade hold. This allows your items to still be protected and gives you time to recover your account if a malicious actor were to ever add an authenticator to your account.

If your account was already protected by Steam Guard via email, you will have no new restrictions from using trading or the Community Market. If your account was not protected by Steam Guard via email or mobile app, you will be restricted from using trading and the Community Market for 15 days because Steam Guard has been recently enabled.
