Paypal no longer elligible for refunds?
Why is it no longer possible to refund to paypal now?

Upon checkout it's telling me this: "Purchases made with this payment method can only be refunded to your Steam Wallet.."

I've never had any issues before, so it's just me?

Went through and paid through a different method which works fine of course, it's just weird.

DIV:OS 2, oh i see, it could be on a case by case basis perhaps?

Did you buy the game direct with PayPal or did you add the funds through PayPal and then buy the game with those wallet funds?

Depends how you paid - some methods can't be refunded back to. The following link should tell you which ones can and can't based on your country :
