You would have to list the specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, and OS) of the model you are interested in.

I hadn't posted before you so the page hadn't updated to show your posti until I posted mine. It was to him if he "has to" get the most barebones one from that site, then I think that would be the most important cheap upgrade otherwise the system meets his "goal".

Edit: OP, as always shopping around and researching this kind of stuff should be a prerequisite before making a purchase of this magnitude. You're going to spend many hours using this device. Devote a few hours to learning more about PC's
