Blue circle on side of screen when playing games - Alienware or MSI - FIX

Just wanted to provide a fix for a blue circle that appears while gaming with an Alienware or MSI rig.

2 years late,but this saved my ass for DCS world. i somehow activated it thru hotkeys,and was wondering wtf
