Aye just a stupid question. Why are all the links removed from Mega on steam, Can you unblack list it? And what alt CAN we use on Steam?

Because the site hosts bad things.

Not saying you did anything. The site itself is known for hosting bad/illegal stuff. Not just malware/viruses.

google drive is better than dropbox

MEGA is my favorite file hosting site. And it's better than Google Drive and Dropbox because it gives you 50GB of space for free.

I just noticed that MEGA link to .zip file with weapon skins from my KF2 Guide was removed, so I had to post Google Drive link

If Google Drive link is allowed, then MEGA link to that same file should be allowed too

I used MultCloud to transfer some files from MEGA to Google Drive
You can use it to transfer or sync data between any cloud services much faster
Free version gives you 50GB of transfer data per month. That should be enough for your files

It may be blocked in part due to its founder facing felony copyright infringement charges; keep in mind that piracy is supposed to be a permanent ban offense.

That said, I know of at least one piracy related news source that has been cited in a thread that technically violates the rules, but isn't blocked by the link filter.
