"Please keep in mind that refunds are not typically issued, and it's up to the store (Steam/Xbox/PSN) to issue one."

Yes, you are.
Still no.

See where i'm going? It's not as simple as reversing one trade, it could easily be half a dozen trades for just one item, exponentially more with each more trade involved.
That's why. Too much of a hassle and too many disgruntled players getting their trades reversed out of the blue.
Or they could simply roll your inventory back and essentially dupe the items. Which would be bad too as that would inflate the market with duped items.
Anyway, both won't happen as Rocket League does not use Steamworks for the inventory or trading. Valve can't see what happened.
Valve did everything they could, giving you back your account. And that's where their service ends.
Learn from your mistakes.
does that help?
If it was through your email address by resetting the password, then yes.
Changing the password is not enough, make sure that your accounts and your devices are safe and secure. Not just your Steam account, anything related to it. PC, email account, mobile devices and so on.
No.
