Help! My account is now limited. How can I remove limitation?

Hi. My account is now limited, I'm at level 12 but now I have 0 experience and can't upgrade my level and can't more follow or unfollow curators. I bougth many games out of Steam but my Steam wallet has 10USD (8,67€), a Steam card that a friend gifted to me.
I now can't do many operation that I before did.
How can I remove the limitation of my account?

It says that I spent 0USD, but I have 10USD in my wallet. Before my account wasn't limited. is anything changed?

10 USD in your wallet is irrelevant as you already mentioned that it is from a steam card (which I assume is the digital one) that was gifted from a friend. That doesn't count towards unlimited account.

And when was it not limited?

As far as I can see, pretty much all of your games are from bundles.

except for spending the money in your wallet. that doesn't count when your friend gifted you it.

First I'll try to spend the founds in my wallet and I'll see what change.
I only don't understand why some feature that I used are locked now.

Nothing will change. It would have already counted once the money was added to steam wallet IF IT COUNTED. It didn't. though.

I added more 5USD and now my account isn't limited, I tried to follow steam curator and it worked and my experience isn't 0. I don't know because my account was limited only now or perhaps now more features aren't allowed in limited accounts.
