"Audio Boost" window and radar

Does anybody know why do I get like a small "audio boost" window and a small radar like window on my screen when I open CS:S on steam? How do I get rid of it? I never had this problem before, just recently, after installing steam on my new laptop.

P.S: I don't get these "windows" when playing games that are not on steam.

Thank you so much! I got rid of the problem by using the key combinations:

Ctrl + Shift + S (mentioned in the link you provided. Helped me git rid of the radar-like window)
and Ctrl + Shift + A (I tried some keys to get rid of the "audio boost" window)
