Whats the phone number for steam( non support)

I want to call steam so i can get my other account back but they wont respond to me its trash i want to talk to a real person on a phone and i am aware of no phone number for support so i am wondering if there is a non support number so i can call their offices ples help me :)

Cheater is still a cheater, no matter the game. Thinking a game is terrible doesn't make it ok to cheat.
