Will reinstalling a game delete my hours

My computer has been acting up a lot with games crashing and all, so I thought it was time to reinstall everything on the computer. So when I uninstall my games will my progress/hours be saved online so that when I install them again, I can start where I left off?

your hours are safe. and as long as the game supports cloud saves, you should be fine.
