Disown a game
I have this game I keep on deleting and installing (some kind of an addication).
I would like to disown this game and never think about it again.
I am aware of the option to "permanently" remove a game from the library, but I can download it again if I wanted to.

So, can I disown a game?

Not completely, no.

The so-called "permanent" option is the closest thing there is. But it isn't really permanent because Valve doesn't want to deal with "Oops I didn't mean to" complaints.
