1600x1200 Resolution (Not Solved Yet)
My computer resolution is stuck on 1600x1200 and i can't change it to 1920x1080 my graphics card is Geforce GTX 730 i have downloaded all the display drivers and all my drivers are up to date when i go into Nvidia Control Panel it says "Nvidia Display settings are not available, you are currently not using a display attached to a NVIDIA GPU Please help me this effects my in-game resolution and puts me at about 10 FPS :( When I go into device manager and properties for my graphics card it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" anyway to fix this?

I want you to read the message and think on what that means. Then take a good long look at the back of your computer and where you have your cables plugged into.

You should be able to figure it out after doing those two things.
Please stop talking in riddles its very hard to understand just give me the dos and don't not "Take a good long read at this message" -_-

Start by connecting your monitor to the nVidia videocard and not the integrated Intel videochip.
Seriously, that's not rocket science.

It sounds like your nvidia drivers are corrupted

Download hte latest drivers and perform a 'clean install'
