It sounds like a wait and see response. I wanted to buy a new computer, and wasn't sure if I had to learn how to use it.
Unless Valve sell TF2 in the Windows Store, that's not something you have to worry about.
Windows 10Home isn't Windows 10S. Normal home pc's will still ship with Home as they do now. Some will have Pro and most companies will have Pro or Enterprise.
Like they did with the 8.1 Bing bootstrap? I guess we can just speculate until it comes out.
