i am trying to add my sister on steam *help*

Hello, i am trying to add my sister on steam. she dosent have any games so she cant add me. i know her name but i cant find her in the search option for some ♥♥♥♥ ass steam reason. she can find me but cant add me because of no games. i wanted to send her a game but the "send gift per email" function has been removed and since we are not friends i cant send her a gift. and i dont want to buy a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 10 or probably even 15 € steam card when i have enough money on my account. is there any option here i am missing? why cant i find/add her?

Ask your sister for it. It's the name that anyone can see, for example yours is Darkwing Duck1598741.

so right click on her profile and copy url? and yea i have her name but if i search for it i get 0 resaults. thanks for the fast response btw :)
