How do I change my steam guard phone number without having to remove the authenticator?

I have activated the steam guard 2 weeks ago (there is a trade on hold I was waiting for almost 15 days), but now I lost my phone number (not because I forgot, but I lost access to it) so I need to get a new one, but I don't see an option to change the phone number in the steam guard thing.
