Steam Settings menu won't open
I'm trying to change my Steam library download folder. On the desktop client (Windows, non-big picture), when I select Steam/Settings from the top-level menu, nothing happens. No settings menu opens, I stay on the main page. Same with View/Settings.

In Big Picture mode, I can't find the library download folder setting at all.

I'm having the same issue as you, do any of the top menu buttons (Steam, view, friends, games, help) work for you?

And only the trumpet icon, big picture button and min/max/close buttons work on the right hand side

Have you recently changed resolution? After changing from 4k to 1080p everything works again.

I'm having the same problem. Is there any solutions? Changing resolutions doesn't work here.

If you have Family View turned on, turn it off.
