Resolution/monitor/launch issues, please help!
When I try to launch Crush Crush and Dream Daddy the "select monitor" option is empty. Then when I click "play" I get an error message that says: "Couldn't switch to requested monitor resolution. Switching to resolution 1920x0 failed, trying lower one. Switching to resolution 1920x0 failed, trying lower one. All resolution switches have failed. Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution (1920x1080 fs= 1 hz=0)"
They won't open in windowed mode either. Dream Daddy /will/ open and play the opening music but the screen is either black or won't show up at all. 7 Days to Die will just start on a tiny black screen with the intro music as well. It also freezes my mouse for some reason and I have to use the task manager to close it.
Terraria is my only game that isn't affected by whatever's wrong. It's really frustrating and weird. I've disabled a bunch of anti-virus options, made sure Windows is updated, verified file integrity, etc.
I just have no clue what to do. I'm not a tech person by any means but usually I can fix problems that come up like this. The solution is probably something stupidly simple but I need a little help.

If it's of any importance I use a Lenovo Z70 and my resolution is 1920x1080.

Can you do this so we get more info about your setup?
In Steam click Help>System Information. Then right click the text and click "copy all text to clipboard" and then paste it in here.
If you don't use steam in english then please switch to english first.

A thing that might work: https://steamcommunity.com/app/504370/discussions/1/1499000547479858981/
You can google for the error and find some more general resolution changing stuff. Maybe reinstall the game and try to delete

Sounds like the dream daddies are confused about the resolution so that fix might be worth a try. (weird sentence)

I'm not really sure if 7 days to die works on that machine, the game has some general nonspecific system requirements..
Focus on the simple 2d games first.

Oh, that worked like a charm! Thank you so much. :D Windows must have had an update and messed my resolution settings up and I just didn't realize.
