Eyyy can i hit atleast 30fps in lowest settings with my intel celeron 1.6ghs,4gb ram,intel hd 400?

you need to upgrade your rig, sorry. i haven't played dota2 in about 2 years, but i did test it out a few months ago. but a celeron 1.6ghz with a onboard video, you need a quad core at best and a good decent video card to run it better.

I'm using a Radeon Pro wx 3100 4gb card, and intel xeon 3360 quad cpu. i can run it pretty decent. i even ran the game using my older card and it run just fine. so if you can get quad core, and a good card you will be good to go.

Unfortunately i cannot upgrade my processor since its a BGA socket in laptop, i never thought dota 2 was heavier than LoL, i can run LoL in lowest settings having 40+fps

Well i guess you could go to youtube and see if theres any videos playing dota2 with your specs. that's the best advice i can give. other than in the future get a desktop/quad core/good video card. nothing pricey, just quad and a gpu. I haven't played the game in a long time, but i am installing it now and see how it runs on my intel 3360+radeon pro 3100 and i will also test it out on 20 dollar gpu and see how it runs. but good luck, i will let you know how it runs and see if the its demanding on my end.

but again youtube might have some videos running the game with your specs or simlar and se how it runs for them
