Accounts aren’t tied to e-mail address. You can have multiple accounts with the same e-mail address, you just need different usernames.
i dont own the account. from what it has said its linked to india. but when i look the name up it there isnt an account with that name
noreply is a standard "mailing list" email address that like 99% of all businesses use when they send out official emails. It's not an account, it's just... their information, that you signed up for, when you opened your steam account.

i dont own this account nor is there a account when you search up the name
its actually from a steam email service. the same email address i get from buying games off steam
Did you maybe DO what it suggests, to change your passwords?
I mean, that's a security breech being announced to you. Someone has your correct log in.
CHANGE IT. This isn't on Steam's end, it's on yours to keep your account safe.
This is not my login. It’s someone else’s. I don’t own the account isoboss2 I just need to get it taken off my email. And this is the first email containing this name which is weird. Don’t you need to confirm the email to get codes?
