Problem with steam login :: Help and Tips

Problem with steam login

I'm trying to create an Fshield account by logging in through steam.
I can log into steam in the client, I can log into the website using IE and Firefox.
When I get to this page:

I click "sign in" with my known good credentials and I get "Incorrect Login"

wtf?

steam openid is broken happening on all sites i try login with steam.
