Locked fps [SOLVED]

Im having this problem playing where my fps is always capped at 60 fps , for cs go i fixed it by runing it as administrator always . But with league of legends and other games it seems not to have worked . I already did the xbox thing and tuurned off vertical sync on nvidia . It really sucks . please help .

Then what's the problem exactly? Your monitor is only capable of displaying 60fps.

i fixed it , that doesnt make any sense . i can have a 60 hz monitor and play with more fps bro , well if u wana know how i fix it tell me . thanks anyway

Fixed it by
Right clicking on client > properties
Then go to compatibility tab and there will be disable fullscreen optimization
You should tick it. This fixed it for every game :D

No. Your monitor can only refresh 60 times a second... You can only see 60fps on it.

No. Your monitor can only refresh 60 times a second... You can only see 60fps on it.

It's true but on csgo if I have my fps locked the game is more fluid but u can't play it, it's like I feel stuck when I flick but with fps unlocked the mouse movement is much more responsive. My friends all feel the same. But I'm talking about in game fps, we are probably talking about different things. Like I can have a 40 hz monitor and play a game with 80 fps, you understand?

No. Your monitor can only refresh 60 times a second... You can only see 60fps on it.

not about seeing but rather feeling the difference. there is one.
