Can I add a specific amount of funds to my steam wallet?

I have 4.92$ on my Paypal account and I just want to add that to my SteamWallet but I don't know if I can because it isn't exactly or more than 5.00$. Is there a option to add money from your paypal credit to your steam wallet?

There are ways to add non regular amounts to your wallet BUT that only works with sums over the 5 dollar/euro minimum limit. You cant go below the minimum sum that Steam offers to charge your wallet with.
Its hardcoded into the Steam browser/client on the server side and Steam rejects any sums below that threshold.
For sums above that minimum you can change the exact number like you want, so if you want to charge your wallet with 8.88$ for example, that is possible. You can find multiple guides how to do that just bei using Google.
But nothing works for under 5$.

Oh... But is there a way I can just link my Paypal to my steam account? Because say I do have more the the threshhold would it still ask me forcredit card info instead of just useing my paypal credit.

Are you only trying to purchase a game? If it is less than $5 you should just be able to purchase it with the Paypal account.

Yup, just set your PayPal account as a payment method on Steam, then you can use it to pay directly for games, even those under 5 bucks.
Or combine it with your Steam Wallet funds at checkout.

simple, just buy a game then ask for refund to your steam account. but you will need to wait 24 hours.

That is abusing the refund system and can get your account locked.

On the positive side, it would be difficult to find a game or set of games that costs some arbitrary amount in the Steam store.
