Also does DirectX 11 come automatically with windows 10?

And yes, Windows 10 does support DirectX11 and has it pre-installed.

Your CPU does not meet the requirements either.
The game is rather demanding, the game, if it runs, will be a very heavy lagfest.
Your videochip does way worse by the way:

My computer was like £400 + extra ram
