Sticker Completionist Summer Badge

I just recently found out about this badge ( https://steamdb.info/badges/?badgeid=26 ).
My issue with it is that I already have all the stickers but I haven't received the badge yet.
Anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found my problem. I missed to complete one sticker book. All good now.

the sticker badge needs all the stickers to get it. replace each one on each sticker page and save each one.

think you need to at least be steam level 5

Ugh. I didn't get a badge. Double and triple checked each album. And Steam no longer gives me any more sticker packs after completing 3 quests, so I definitely have everything.

I just got it.

They are now tracking which pictures are done.

When I check my album I have 7 of 7 on first page but I see 5 only on credits page:

Pit People® The Behemoth
Subnautica Unknown Worlds Entertainment
Tropico 5 Kalypso Media Digital
Worms W.M.D Team17 Digital Ltd

Credit page displays 9 completed pages of 15.
20 stickers missing from unclompeted pages.

I had all the stickers, did all the quests and I'm above level 5 but got no "Competitionist" badge.
Until I went to the sticker page and clicked on a sticker.
The sticker's image then transferred to the the it's 'page' in the sticker book.
When I had transferred all a page's images to that page I got a message saying I could position them as I choose.
Clicked on all the stickers and saved each page as I finished it.
Got the badge.
