GT 730 2gb ddr3 128 bit ? CS:GO ?
can i run cs:go on med graphics ? with this GPU ? no money for better one xD

CS:GO os not GPU heavy. it is fine even on many low end laptops. i know because i have tried it on my $200 craptop.

Medium setting is possible with good framerate. As said also depends on the rest of the PC.

But note that CS GO is not a demanding game, that card will be not enough for better titles like Fallout 4 or Witcher 3. By a extremly demanding game like Doom 2016 probably not even the main menu will run.
