how to sell backgrounds ?

hey , The tobic speaks of it's self , I want to design backgrounds profile and sell them , Is't possible ? and how ?

No its not possible. Steam backgrounds drop for specific games if you craft the badge for it from the trading cards. The artwork gets provided by the game publisher.
There is no way to use user created backgrounds on Steam or sell your selfmade backgrounds unless you happen to work for a game company.

You start by making a good game and paying Valve to put it on Steam. Then you can make and sell backgrounds for your game.
