If it's merely about organizing the library in the client, stick them all in a category (ctrl+ click, shift+click to select multiple titles), and hide the category.
If you really want them hidden on your profile, well, I'd just try to squeeze in 5 to 10 minutes a day of deletions, and get it done over a month.
All this is a long-winded way of saying: there's no way to "permanently" delete multiple games.
That's too bad.
It's mainly because I have bought many of the Humble Bundles in the past and I have absolutely no interest in playing these games anymore. I think it only looks ugly on my profile, as if I only have crappy games.
But thanks for the answer! It will be a long grind deleting these games.
*Me with 8000+ trash
I might be late to the Party but with the current Steam App its way faster. You go to your Library - GameName - Game Info & Links - Support - I want to perma delete the game from my account. And then again back to the Library.
If you still want to do it
You can browse to steam library common and look at all the installed games folder, if you know them also by name, remove multi installed games folder and be done with it.
But as we all agree today, ppl with 1000+ or lets just say many games, uninstall 1 at the time is not funny, not sure steam actual thougth of many games per user back then, but today it is.
gl with it.
and i bet a steam moderator soon will lock this old post. its outdated.
( this is the problem with post from the past 2017 ) reply do not fit today's topic.
ps.

We are not after old reply user here, then you have 1000 and 5000 games as some user has then uninstall mass games has a diffrent points of view today.
Also steam storage management has take over, mass uninstall steam games from there.
things has change to much and post is total outdated.
