KEY REQUEST FAILED
Hi i'm new to Steam. As a console gamer i'm not familiar with this kind of stuff. I just purchased SPLINTER CELL BLACKLIST in the steam sale and when I try to start it up, it says "KEY REQUEST FAILED". How do i report this to Steam so they can resolve the issue? Thanks.

That's why i call it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Steam they earn billions cash but we can not even launch game in offline. They spy and analyze everything.

Thats down to game developers. Some games work perfectly well in offline mode, some work but need to be online once every month, some need to be online when first ran for activation.
