Do not connect to watching games through DotaTV.
The problem is this. In Uzbekistan, absolutely all users of the game DotA 2, when connecting to watching games through Dota TV, produces the following errors:

This problem began with the first numbers in May, if I'm not mistaken, after the optimization update is out. If there are people who are directly related to Valve, then help solve this problem. There are a lot of people who want to watch TI broadcast via DotaTV.
