I found an Overwatch thread asking the legality of this service(https://us.battle.net/forums/en/overwatch/topic/20749826803). Someone read through the Terms and Conditions, it's very scammy. Here's what he posted:
Regardless of advertisements on youtube, and regardless what certain people claim or promise, GAMEKIT IS A SCAM. Period.
Do not trust it, and do not use it.
Just reading through the Terms of Use on their website raises numerous red flags;
"Additionally, Gamekit provides the function, which allows User to purchase Points on Gamekit.com. The minimal number of Points the User can purchase is 200."
^ Despite promises of things being "Completely free", they still offer the ability to exchange money for points and therefore rewards. Most games explicitly forbids purchasing in-game things for real money via a 3rd party company, and will BAN you for it.
"Gamekit may delete all Points from all User Accounts that were given to the User in the case point the User breaches IV.8 or IV.9 of Condition of Use."
^ For the record, IV. 8/9 is worded loosely enough to allow them to ban you for virtually any reason, without proof.
"To receive the Reward, the User must give his/her individual phone number, for the purpose of the verification of User’s identity. Gamekit sends an SMS message with a code to the phone number designated by the User. Gamekit sends the message promptly, no later than within 14 days. Sending the SMS message does not impose any charges on the User."
^ Dum-dee-dum. Hello identity theft waiting to happen, alternatively them selling your phone number to spam companies for money.
The User may not receive a Reward if:
"S/he has made the registration using IP number outside the List of countries,
S/he has made the registration using IP number from the List of countries, but s/he uses IP number outside the List of countries to use Gamekit.com,
s/he breaches clause IV.8 or IV.9 of Condition of Use."
^ Basically they will promise you points, have you do stuff, and then conveniently go "Oh no, sooooorrrrrry but you cannot recieve points because your country is not on the list"
"By registering Users agree to have their personal data processed for the needs of Gamekit.com service provided by Gamekit in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997."
^ Note that this "data protection" act mentioned is POLISH data protection act, which may have different set of laws governing your information than for example USA or UK. In fact, your information might not even be protected as a lot of these data protection acts have a clause stating that they do not apply to information submitted by foreign partners. Aka people outside of Poland.
"Using ITC systems Gamekit may send commercial messages as defined in the provisions of art. 2 item 2 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 – with the prior consent of the User.
The User may withdraw his/her consent to receive commercial messages. Gamekit recommends Users to withdraw their consents in writing."
^ Basically "We may send you spam, and you may only decline this by sending us a letter that we will conveniently say we never recieved".
"To all the matters not settled in the Conditions of Use, the provisions of Polish Law shall apply, particularly the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, the Act on Telecommunications Law, Acts on Personal Data Protection and Acts on Providing Services by Electronic Means."
^ Basically "We go by Polish law, so if you in any way get hurt from something we did, good luck finding a lawyer wanting to take the case". Also it's worth mentioning the company itself is located in Poland, which would make any legal action pretty much null and void.
I could point out several more issues, but I'm fairly sure this underlines my "Do not use this service, ever".
