WRC 6 - Error DirectX Initialization

I bought WRC 6 for PC from steam but the game wont play. It keeps on giving me the DirectX Initialization Error. I have downloaded and installed the DirectX from Microsoft but it still did not help.

What is the full name of the game? Abbreviations are bad as not everyone may know what you mean. At least mention the full name of a game once.
