Controller Settings Help

So I had installed drivers to my PC in order to play gamecube emulators with a gamecube controller. However, everytime I play game from Steam, it always thinks I'm using a xbox controller. I've uninstalled all the drivers related to the gamecube and also put -nocontroller in my launch options but it still shows Xbox buttons and Xbox controller settings. Thank you if you can help.

Sorry, I meant to say I'm trying to use mouse and keyboard for my games as I no longer use the gamecube anymore, but instead of the keyboard settings showing up, they show Xbox controller settings.

Sorry you're having trouble.. I'm lost on that one, I only use keyboard/mouse currently and haven’t had that issue with anything.. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will answer. Good luck!
