Changing the language of games

Hello,
I want to change the language of an individual game, but really can't figure out how to.
I looked for guides online (e.g.: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8487-WSCN-4121&l=english), but all they say is to open the game's properties and go to the language tab.
The fact is, I can't seem to find any language tab! Can anybody help?
P.S.: I want to change the language to english, so it is not an unsupported language

You should go into the forum of the game. It depends on the game where and even if you can change the language.

i know that u can do "-language (language)" in start options in csgo, dont know about other games tho
