Can I get a moderator/admin please?

I posted my honest review of the game Windward about a week or less ago, and ever since keep getting harassed and trolled by multiple users that are cursing, insulting, swearing, attacking, trolling. I keep deleting comments and they keep coming back and just leaving more.

I've also gone to their profiles and reported them that way, but they keep going at it. This is a good reason why most of the Steam reviews are inflated/incorrect, due to toxic fanboys trolling people actually daring to review the products they paid for. The most recent troll/attacker doesn't even own the game... wasn't able to find it in their Steam library.

I could be wrong but I don't think there is currently a review comment moderation system or at least the forum moderators here don't moderate review comments. I think all you can do is report them through their profile and hope Steam Support will do something.

I would just ignore them completely and keep on deleting, they'll eventually tire themselves out if you do not respond to them beyond just deleting their comments.

Great... well, they've been reported... I want to delete the newest comments, but not sure if Steam Support will still be able to see them, and whether or not anything could/would be done if they're deleted.

After reading the comments and looking at the review size I can see where you're both coming from.

As for reporting them, there's not reason there not really doing anything against the rules. Anyways it's the Internet. If you expect to get all sunshine and rainbows you're in the wrong place.

Yeah well, maybe you should have responded with a better sentence than "maybe lay off the drugs bruh and learn to forking read you illiterate ghetto-stricken piece of sh*t". Eye for an eye is not always a solution.
You can delete the review, change your name and your url and they won´t find you. Probably.

Valve can see deleted comments/messages/chat you name it.

1) Steam mods do you managing, not support.

2) There not even doing anything. If anything you're causing half of it.

3) If they really annoy you that much block them and delete their comments.

You can not block them from commenting on public reviews.

And stop deleting posts!
