Store page display error

So currently most of the steam store is simply not displaying. Everything but the general game list at the bottom is blank, and almost all of the links/buttons are unresponsive. Even my profile image isn't loading. It's also not loading in the community section either, even though the rest of it functions fine.

It's not a network error since everything is normal when loading the store in the web browser.

So does anyone know of a fix for this? Steam's abysmal excuse for a 'support' function these days is no help, of course.

steam > settings > web browser and clear browser cache. restart steam.
