Steam Summer Sale 2017 Stickers

Hi, what does stickers pastable into those new albums do? I recieved those from quests which I made recently, but I have no idea what is the reason of that.

I think you get stickers or a special sticker badge at the end of Summer Sale.

I think if you collect all the stickers for one picture you can use it as a profile background

When you complete a page, it will allow you to rearrange the stickers as you wish.
It also unlocks a profile showcase, letting you show the customized sticker page on your profile.
No badge related to the stickers has been found yet.

Ok. Does anyone know if there is a "cast" list? I don't recognize about a third of the characters so far.
