How to delete chat messages notifications? (of a deleted friend)
Hello! After I got a friend request from someone I played with in a game and won against, theey only insulted me multiple times for no reason (or for salt, most likely...)
Yesterday I removed them from my friend list but today I always have 2 unread chat messages, the first time I clicked on the notification it showed me an unknown profile with the messages and even if I visualized the they wouldn't go away,and now I have 2 notification about unread chat messages in my Notifiaction box costantly and I can't have them go away. Is there a way to "clear the notifications"? In the meantime, I'll try torestart Steam and see if that helps...

EDIT: it didn't, also I can click on the notification once every time I log in but it shows me an [unknown] profile with no messages in the chat box and the notifiaction about the chat messages don't go away still, what can I do?

Log in at https://steamcommunity.com/chat
Then click the notification and it should disappear from the client.
