cant get Steam Summer 2017 Trading Cards

yesterday i have just deleted account limitations by buying gift for game (6$) I done every summer quest, and complited discovery queue twice, but i haven't received any cards.
when i go to STORE>EXPLORE, there is information:

You've completed your queue and have unlocked 3 event trading cards!
You can get -1 more cards today by continuing to browse your Discovery Queue.

but i really have not received anything, what should i do?

You do not meet the requirements to get trading cards, read the summer sale FAQ.

Explore Your Discovery Queue

If you’re Steam Level 5 and above, you’ll get a Steam Summer Sale trading card once you view all the items in your daily Steam Discovery Queue. You can continue and go through your Discovery Queue two more times each day to get a maximum of three card drops each day. (If you reach Steam Level 5 before the end of the sale, you’ll be granted the cards you earned by exploring your Steam Discovery Queue during the sale).

Provided you reach Level 5, those cards will be granted.

It's broken, no official words from Valve nor official way to contact Steam support. Out of all the 6+ queue I've done since day 1, I've only received 1 card from the first queue from day 1.

Considering we're still in the first day, that's not saying a lot. Day 2 starts in ~4.5 hours

HI I am level 23 and did all my queues and quests today and did not receive any cards either. Is there no way to contact support about this issue?

for quests you can earn only stickers, cards you earn for finishing explore queues (ESTORE>EXPLORE) and you can earn 3 cards per day
