Download at 1 Kbps

So i'm downloading Ark Survival evolved at 1 kbps. I've tried changing my download location and erased my download cache. I've checked my wifi which should be downloading at about 20 mbps. any help?

i had same problem , change your server to india and it should work (im in USA)

yeah i just did this so if it doesnt work for u just keep changing servers until you find one that works
